We want you to feel completely at home with your SUKU pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original SUKU packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
